🛍️ Tafrico Seller Commission – FAQs

1. How much commission does Tafrico charge?

Tafrico charges a small commission on every successful sale made through the platform. The commission rate is clearly displayed during your product setup and varies slightly by category.

Example: If Tafrico charges 2% and your product sells for $100, Tafrico receives $2, and you keep $98.

2. Are there any monthly or setup fees?

No. Tafrico operates on a 100% commission-only model. The Subscription fee is to be charged after 6 months.
You pay nothing upfront to list your products or open your online store. We only earn when you do.

3. How is the commission calculated?

Commission is automatically calculated at checkout based on the final selling price, excluding delivery fees. It is deducted before your payout.

4. When do I receive my payment?

You receive your earnings after the order is confirmed and successfully delivered to the customer. Payouts are processed to your preferred method (EcoCash, bank, etc.) within the scheduled payout cycle.

5. Can I see how much commission I'm paying?

Yes! You can view commission breakdowns and earnings in real-time in your Seller Dashboard under “Sales Reports” and “Payout Summary.”

6. What does the commission fee cover?

Your commission fee includes:
