Tafrico marketplace terms
These terms explain the operating rules for using Tafrico as a buyer, seller, vendor, or business services customer. Tafrico may update these terms as the platform grows.
Marketplace Use
- Tafrico connects buyers and sellers across retail, wholesale, vendor stores, procurement, services, and business solutions.
- Users must provide accurate account, contact, payment, order, and business information.
- Product details, prices, availability, fulfilment, delivery, and collection arrangements are managed by sellers unless Tafrico states otherwise.
- Tafrico support may assist with marketplace guidance, seller onboarding, product discovery, order questions, and business solutions enquiries.
Payments, Commission, and Assurance
- Eligible platform-paid orders may be covered by Tafrico Trade Assurance.
- For Trade Assurance orders, Tafrico receives the full platform payment, notifies the seller to fulfil, then asks the buyer to confirm receipt after the order has been received and checked.
- Marketplace commission is 3% only on successful Tafrico Marketplace sales.
- Commission does not apply to walk-in customers, direct POS sales, existing customers, or sales from the seller's own marketing.
- New sellers receive two free months of marketplace membership. Existing founding sellers are marked as free seller members while commission still runs.
Support and Disputes
- Shipping and fulfilment details are managed directly by the seller unless clearly stated otherwise.
- Return, refund, or dispute matters should be raised with Tafrico support for review where information is not already available.
- Tafrico may request order details, proof of payment, delivery evidence, screenshots, photos, or seller/customer communication when reviewing an issue.
- Tafrico may restrict accounts, orders, listings, or payouts where fraud, abuse, non-compliance, payment risk, or customer safety concerns arise.
