Tafrico Trade Assurance

Platform-paid orders protected from payment to receipt

Trade Assurance applies to eligible orders paid through Tafrico. Tafrico receives the full platform payment, notifies the seller to fulfil the order, and asks the buyer to confirm receipt only after the order has arrived and been checked.

Pay on Tafrico Eligible platform-paid orders are recorded by Tafrico before fulfilment starts.
Seller is notified The seller receives the paid-order notice and prepares delivery or collection.
Confirm only after receipt The buyer confirms only after receiving and checking the order.

How Trade Assurance Works

  • The buyer pays for an eligible marketplace order through Tafrico's enabled platform payment flow.
  • Tafrico records receipt of the full platform payment for that order.
  • The seller receives a WhatsApp notification that the order has been paid and should be prepared for delivery or collection.
  • The buyer receives a WhatsApp receipt confirmation link after payment. The message clearly warns the buyer to confirm only after physically receiving and checking the order.
  • Once the buyer confirms receipt, Tafrico support can continue payout or reconciliation according to marketplace policy.
  • If the order is not received, incomplete, incorrect, or disputed, the buyer must not confirm receipt and should contact Tafrico support for review.

Buyer Responsibilities

  • Use correct contact and delivery or collection information when ordering.
  • Inspect the order before confirming receipt.
  • Do not click the receipt confirmation button if the order has not arrived, is incomplete, damaged, incorrect, or there is any unresolved issue.
  • Report concerns to Tafrico support as soon as possible with order details and any supporting information.

Seller Responsibilities

  • Fulfil paid orders accurately and on time.
  • Communicate delivery or collection arrangements clearly with the buyer.
  • Keep product listings, prices, availability, and order information accurate.
  • Provide support evidence when Tafrico reviews a disputed or unresolved order.

Does Trade Assurance apply to every order?

It applies to eligible orders paid through Tafrico's platform payment flow. Orders arranged fully outside Tafrico may not be covered.

Should I confirm receipt before delivery?

No. Only confirm after you have physically received and checked the order. If anything is wrong, contact Tafrico support instead.

What happens when I pay on Tafrico?

Tafrico records the full platform payment, notifies the seller, and sends the buyer a receipt confirmation link for after delivery or collection.

What if my order is wrong or incomplete?

Do not confirm receipt. Contact Tafrico support with the order number, photos where useful, and details of the issue so it can be reviewed.
