Clear rules for selling on Tafrico

Tafrico gives sellers a marketplace store, product listings, customer visibility, WhatsApp-led commerce support, and business tools. Sellers remain responsible for accurate listings, fulfilment, customer communication, and lawful trading.

Seller Packages

  • New sellers receive two free months of Tafrico Marketplace Membership.
  • Existing founding sellers are marked as free seller members while Tafrico continues operating on marketplace commission.
  • Marketplace Membership is normally US$30 per month after the free period unless Tafrico confirms a different arrangement.
  • POS System staff access is US$5 per staff account per month.
  • The marketplace commission is 3% only on successful sales generated through Tafrico Marketplace.
  • The 3% commission does not apply to walk-in customers, direct POS sales, existing customers, or sales generated from the seller's own marketing.

Seller Responsibilities

  • Provide correct business information during registration and keep contact details up to date.
  • Upload accurate product or service listings with clear names, prices, descriptions, images, and availability.
  • Manage inventory, pricing, delivery or collection arrangements, order fulfilment, and customer communication.
  • Respond to customer and Tafrico support messages promptly.
  • Do not list prohibited, misleading, counterfeit, unsafe, or unavailable products or services.

Tafrico Support

  • Tafrico may help sellers with onboarding, store setup guidance, marketplace visibility, quote requests, customer messaging, and digital business solutions.
  • Tafrico may review seller activity, product quality, customer complaints, payment issues, and policy compliance.
  • Tafrico may pause, hide, or remove listings or seller access where policy, trust, fraud, payment, or customer safety concerns require action.
