How do I buy safely on Tafrico?

Search for products on Tafrico, review seller and product information, use platform payment where available, and only confirm receipt after checking your order.

What is Trade Assurance?

Trade Assurance protects eligible platform-paid orders by recording payment on Tafrico, notifying the seller, and asking the buyer to confirm only after receipt.

Who handles delivery?

Delivery or collection is normally arranged by the seller unless Tafrico or the seller clearly states another arrangement.

How do I become a seller?

Create an account, register as a vendor, submit business information, wait for approval, then upload products or services to your Tafrico store.

How much does seller membership cost?

New sellers receive two free months. Marketplace Membership is US$30 per month after the trial, POS staff accounts are US$5 per staff account per month, and commission is 3% only on successful Tafrico Marketplace sales.

Does Tafrico offer business services?

Yes. Tafrico Solutions provides ERP implementation, inventory systems, accounting, CRM, HR, manufacturing systems, websites, digital marketing, and business automation.
