Marketplace Membership

Monthly Tafrico Marketplace membership for approved seller store access, product listing, customer messaging, quote requests, WhatsApp-led selling support, and marketplace visibility.

US$30 per month
New sellers receive two free months of marketplace membership. After the free period, membership is US$30/month unless Tafrico confirms a different arrangement. The 3% commission still applies only on successful Tafrico Marketplace sales.

POS Staff Account

Monthly POS staff access for sellers using Tafrico POS features such as fast checkout, inventory sync, receipt printing, staff permissions, sales reports, and cash management.

How payment works

Tafrico subscription checkout uses the same secure payment flow as the marketplace. Available payment options depend on the payment providers enabled on Tafrico.

Choose marketplace membership or POS staff accounts.

2Pay at checkout

Use an enabled online provider, bank transfer, or manual payment option.

3Activation

After payment confirmation, seller access is activated and tracked monthly.

4Renewal

Reminders are sent before expiry, with a short grace period after the paid month ends.

Important Tafrico terms

  • New sellers receive two free months of Tafrico Marketplace Membership.
  • Existing founding sellers are marked as free marketplace members while the marketplace commission model continues.
  • After a free trial ends, Marketplace Membership is US$30 per month unless Tafrico confirms a different arrangement.
  • POS System staff access is US$5 per staff account per month.
  • The 3% marketplace commission applies only to successful sales generated through the Tafrico Marketplace.
  • The 3% commission does not apply to walk-in customers, direct POS sales, existing customers, or sales from the seller's own marketing.
  • Sellers remain responsible for inventory, pricing, delivery or collection arrangements, order fulfillment, customer communication, and accurate product listings.
