How payment works

Tafrico subscription checkout uses the same secure payment flow as the marketplace. Available payment options depend on the payment providers enabled in Odoo.

Choose marketplace membership or POS staff accounts.

2Pay at checkout

Use an enabled online provider, bank transfer, or manual payment option.

3Activation

After payment confirmation, seller access is activated and tracked monthly.

4Renewal

Reminders are sent before expiry, with a short grace period after the paid month ends.

Important Tafrico terms

  • Starter Seller Package has the first 3 months free during the promotion, then renews at US$30/month.
  • Business Seller Package is US$75/month and includes 4 POS accounts, Business Badge, Priority Search Placement, and Enhanced Analytics.
  • Enterprise Seller Package is US$150/month and includes 8 POS accounts, Enterprise Badge, Featured Store Placement, Highest Search Priority, Priority Support, Advanced Analytics, and Tafrico Business AI.
  • Additional POS Account, Additional Staff Account, and Tafrico Business AI add-ons are billed monthly as configured on the selected plan.
  • Tafrico seller access is subscription-based only, with no marketplace commission charged to sellers.
  • Tafrico does not charge sellers commission on Tafrico Marketplace sales, walk-in customers, direct POS sales, existing customers, or sales from the seller's own marketing.
  • Tafrico B2B mode supports wholesale buyers, RFQs, supplier directory visibility, procurement sourcing, services, distributor leads, repeat ordering, and affiliate promotion.
  • Sellers remain responsible for inventory, pricing, delivery or collection arrangements, order fulfillment, customer communication, and accurate product listings.
