1. Services Provided

Velora Luxe Interiors specializes in:

• Premium Curtain Rod Supply and Installation

• Bespoke Canvas Portrait Design and Production

• Signature Wall Transformation Packages

All services are provided with attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.

2. Order Process

Orders are confirmed once the following steps are completed:

Consultation or product inquiry

Confirmation of measurements or design specifications

Approval of canvas design (where applicable)

Payment of required deposit

Production or preparation begins only after order confirmation.

3. Pricing

Prices vary depending on:

• Product size and specifications

• Selected finishes or materials

• Installation requirements

• Delivery location

Final quotations are provided after consultation to ensure accurate pricing.

4. Payment Terms

A deposit may be required to confirm all orders.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Mobile Money

• Bank Transfer

• Cash (where applicable)

Full payment must be completed before final delivery or installation unless otherwise agreed.

5. Custom Orders

Canvas portraits and certain curtain rod installations are custom-designed to client specifications.

Because of this:

• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

• Deposits for custom work are non-refundable.

6. Delivery & Installation

Delivery and installation services are available within Harare and surrounding areas.

Delivery or installation dates will be scheduled after order confirmation.

Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the installation location.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Returns may only be accepted for items with:

• Manufacturing defects

• Damage during delivery

All claims must be reported within 24–48 hours of receiving the product.

Custom-made items such as canvas portraits are non-refundable once approved for production.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide:

• Accurate measurements where required

• Clear image files for canvas portrait orders

• Correct delivery or installation details
